5% Winter Challenge week 3 ....

Well...Week 2 ends 'maintaining' but have cut out unplanned snacks, added daily walks and gotten to the gym 2/ 3 planned times. My hip didn't appreciate gym time but is fine now so looking forward to getting to the gym tomorrow.
Looking at this journey as progress this YEAR and not getting crazy by the starts/ stops / detours that no doubt will happen along the way.
Health wise - I've started this year...not where I hoped to be, but better off than last year so progress is progress!!!
One step - One day at at time.
Keeping moving ...slower some days than others, perhaps...but movement is still progress! here's to the new week ahead!
