Brkfst-1 cup quaker oat squares with 1/2 c 1 % milk- 250 cals
snack- 11 oz low n+ v-8 and oz cheese= 160 cals
lunch- pc grilled chicken {100 cals} wt watcher shrimp marinara {180 cals}, 100 cal yogurt, carrots and dip chicken sauce {30 cals}=475 cal
supper- turkey slices , instant mashed potatoes with spray butter {1/2 c}, 1 cup green beans and glass 1% milk, pc bread with pbutter=505 cals

total= 1410 cals 10 over

    Looking Good girl!

    When you see my menu's you'll be able to see I'm eating alone :) My husband has been away during the week for the past three weeks. This week I have been trying to empty the fridge and avoid the store :)
