food diary for thurs 9/6

brkfst- oatmeal 1/2 c, with 3/4 c 1% milk, with 4 tsp br sugar+290 cals
snack low sodium v-8 and 1 oz cheese= 160 cals
lunch- lean cuisine turkey,stuffing and apples, 100 cal yogurt, carrots and dip, and 2 bites of sloppy jo mix of Scott's lunch=470
snack wheat saltines {4} = 50 cals

Supper- tater teasers and cheese curs with sauce and a miller lite= god knows how much!

Total= tilt,tilt,tilt went way over board! LOL

    Did good till dinner :) But boy that sounds yummy. Havn't had tater tot casserrol in a long time! Have you ever tried sugar free or lite syrup on your oatmeal instead of brown sugar? I think it's less calories.
