5000 Crunches in October!

Monday, October 01, 2007

I co-lead a team, "Time to look sexy again....damn sexy" Last spring I did an abs challenge on another team and I feel like it really made a difference in my abs for a long time after the challenge was done...but it seems time to do it again. So, I created an abs challenge for the team for this month. Folks can choose to do either 3500 or 5000 crunches in October.

I'm stoked. My abs are in pretty good shape, but I remember them getting fatigued towards the end of the month...I must have been doing something right. :)

This is going to be my first challenge. At first I thought it seemed like a realistic one for my 1st time. Then I actually calculated it out, for me to do 3500 in the month, that means I have to do at least 113 crunches/day. It is doable but, certainly a lot more than I have been doing. I'm hoping this will be just what I need to get the spark back in my loosing streak! =)

Ya! I am stoked about this challange too! I am with you girl - I'm going for the 5000 in Oct. My abs are coming along and now that I've dropped some of that layer of fat over them I am excited to make them better, and maybe even have them look like yours one day (maybe not in a month :) Thanks for the great challange!!! I think I'll take some before pix today and then some at the end of the month and see if I can see the difference.
