okay so my fiancee and i broke upWednesday and i really haven't eaten a lot since but haven't really done alot either but i still thought i would have lost about 4 or 5 lbs. WRONG i have lost one. i guess your body does really hold on to what it has when you don't get enough calories, anyways ia m logging my food starting today and i did get my arse off the couch and do my weights this morning go me. still depressed but that is no reason to gain all of my weight back right?
