Weigh In... Crap

Weigh in today. I was up about 2 lbs! Not an auspicious start.
I knew today was weigh in but I had popcorn, peanut butter, popcicles and cereal last night! And that was after a steak dinner with french fries. Dick was gone last night babysitting the GK so maybe I was "enjoying" my freedom to eat.

I need to stop doing this. I am free to eat WHAT I want WHEN I want and I don't need to do it all at one time. Dicks going to be gone for 9 days and I certainly DON'T want to be stuffing my face the whole time!

This week's Goal: Drink 6 glasses of water per day
Track ALL my food (no matter what!)
Take the Dog for a walk around the block at
least ONCE
Do 1 ball exercise!

Thursday Morning: I just finished entering all my food from yesterday and I missed the water by 1...but this is a good start.
