I did well on Thanksgiving, but then started eating way too much garbage when I started back to work the next Monday. I decided to hit SP hard for the holiday season, and have been exercising every day since Friday (not long yet), and have carefully watched every last thing I've eaten. It has really helped, and I went from 147 on Friday to 139 today-Monday. I want to see how far I can go during the Christmas season. How about you? 4694 days ago
We had Thanksgiving dinner at 6:30pm and Yes i may have over eaten then. But I set a plan to eat my regular breakfast and lunch, but in smaller portion. And i drank boat load of lemom water. Hope that helps.
