Yesterday was day 6 for me. I have been religiously entering my foods, even the stuff that I wanted to pretend that I haven't eaten!

I weighed myself and the result? UP 2 pounds. Yeah me!

I have been meticulous about getting my water in, I had totally fallen off the wagon on that account, so I'm going to convince myself that this is just me rehydrating. Yep. That's it.

I have to confess that I didn't actually weigh myself last week, but had used my weight from a couple of weeks before. The way that my weight fluctuates, who knows what I really weighed?

On the bright side, I really do feel better. My husband feels better and snores less. My kids love the foods that we have been preparing. What do I have to lose?

Oh. Weight - that's what I have to lose!

    Yes .. feeling better and having some fun again is Surely worth it. Aren't kids fun, and a lot of help when you are going in the right direction (not so much help when they get older and take you to Cold Mountain IceCream .. I think I'm having an issue with my son, who stubbornly wants to keep doing what is bad for him). That's okay I made the fajitas for us last nite and he helped himself to a third one - healthy one, heh heh !!

    i went up for the first couple of weeks and it drove me CRAZY, but this week i dropped like crazy - doing the same thing!!! go figure. i've decided my body just likes to play games with my mind ;)

    anyway, keep up on the water - it is SO important for your health!!

    And think about what you have to GAIN. Pride in a job well-done. Energy. New smaller clothes. Better health. Yup. It's all worth it. Now if only we could convince our cravings of that fact!! BTW - have you eaten a lot of salt lately or exercised more that usual? Those could make your weight fluctuate a couple of pounds. Chin Up!! ___Sarah
