Yesterday was day 6 for me. I have been religiously entering my foods, even the stuff that I wanted to pretend that I haven't eaten!
I weighed myself and the result? UP 2 pounds. Yeah me!
I have been meticulous about getting my water in, I had totally fallen off the wagon on that account, so I'm going to convince myself that this is just me rehydrating. Yep. That's it.
I have to confess that I didn't actually weigh myself last week, but had used my weight from a couple of weeks before. The way that my weight fluctuates, who knows what I really weighed?
On the bright side, I really do feel better. My husband feels better and snores less. My kids love the foods that we have been preparing. What do I have to lose?
Oh. Weight - that's what I have to lose!
