How did I forget that being fat feels like crap? It's like your brain is the captain, but your whole body mutinies. Things I had forgotten, are suddenly becoming a problem again, not just phyiscal, but psychological as well. These are the things I have learned (again!) by gaining all my weight back.
Being Overweight Means:
1.) Almost constant Lower Back Pain
2.) Aching Joints
3.) Occasional Gall Bladder pains
4.) None of your clothes fit!
5.) Swollen feet
6.) When its comes to exercise, the mind is willing, but the body is weak!
7.) Shopping for clothes is a nightmare
8.) Hating what you see in the mirror
9.) Feeling self-conscious in public
10.) Not being able to wear your wedding ring
11.) Not being able to fit your butt comfortably in certain chairs.
12.) Being Clumsy (Knocking things over with your butt/hips all too often!)
I could go on and on and on. I wish I hadn't had to learn these things again.
