blog for 2nd week in Jan

Well I am up 3 3 from last week it just goes to show that you can';t keep eating like crap every day and not expect it to catch up with you! The last 2 days I've stayed in cal reange and am going to keep thais up for the rest of the week. I really kicked butt yest with my LCWO I did 1 hour of kick boxing and 42 min on my recumbant bike. today I hurt like hell and am giving my poor grandma body a rest so I can go at it agian tomorrow since I have the day off. I am bound and determined to lose the 3 # plus I would like to be down to 125 b4 my b-day in march. I know I can do it because I have all the support I could ask for plus! my hubby is talking again about working out with me I hope it gets past the talk stage and he does go through with it
ok so I need to go get some rest so I can kick it up a notch next week!
