wow today all i want to do is eat. and im not craving anything i just feel hungry. thankfully since im so used to eating healthy thats all i like. bad foods taste so gross now, i can actually taste the fat. has this happend to anyone else? anyways just thought i would share :P hehe

Brookie :)

Ok so i just got home from the gym and i was famished omg, like i didnt already eat enough today LOL so i had 2 protein shakes, and a waffle w/peanut butter, geesh! i think the reason im so hungry is because my body is becoming more muscular. i have lost an inch off my waist since last monday the 14th when i started this series in my workouts. i have increased the amount of weight i lift. so i think thats why today my body was so hungry. and all i kinda wanted after my workout was carbs and proteins..lol

After I lost 150lbs I hated the taste of junk. I especially remember being offered Lay's potatoe chips, and how I couldn't eat them. I wish I had that problem now, though! I don't eat Lay's, but I eat other stuff. I've gained 80lbs back, needless to say. But I'm making a change! Thanks for reminding me of how our taste buds change... I look forward to getting back to that point. ;)

ya know they say eating oatmeal and a small protein serving after working out will help those hunger pangs after working out and do something to bring your glucose?? back down in your blood stream.. i think i read that in muscle and fitness hers

Hey Brookie- That happened to me last weekend! The only issue is I still have some taste buds left for the bad stuff. I will say though that I could definitely taste the fat right away. It sort of grossed me out. My stomach felt yucky the whole next day. Have a great day!!! Stephanie
