Time to stop being a... well...

Sunday, February 10, 2008

ENOUGH ALREADY!! I have been whining and moaning my way through this horrific sub-zero tundra, and all I have to show for it is a jiggling belly, which just a few short weeks ago was taut. SO... who's getting burned by all of this whimpiness? You guessed it! NO MORE EXCUSES!! I can't wait for the spring thaw to start getting back to my really healthy regime. If I do that, I won't have that spring-ready body, now will I?

I know what you're thinking... "Your three past blogs have been about getting back on track." Don't think I haven't noticed! I am sick of the sound of my own whine!

    Some ideas for winter exercise:
    1) Make your favorite young hunk chase you around the neighborhood.
When he catches you, you can then both participate in:
    2) Intense snowball fights with said hot young hunk.
    Then follow up with:
    3) Extreme snow-angel making with said young hunk
    Optional follow up:
    4) Extreme mattress angel making
    5) Repeat exercises in any order for as many reps as possible.
This exercise regimin has been clinically proven to alleviate the symptoms of spring fever, make the winter pass faster, and induce general feelings of well-being.
    Muah!
