Busy day today. Work then off to a dentist appt. I've been averaging 10 -12 Fitbit miles a day including a minimum of 10 flights of stairs. I can now play soccer with my grandkids!

Finished a 10k feeling sore but stronger! I never envisioned my self as enjoying running.

I completed my 1st 5k yesterday with a time of 42 minutes 30 seconds & my 1st 10k today with a time of 1 hour 25 minutes. Today was challenging because of the high winds and hills! I have 67 flights of stairs on my Fitbit!
