I weigh daily, unless I have a bad food day. If I have a bad day, I try to be super good the next day, and then I weigh the following morning. Weighing every day just keeps me honest about what I'm doing.

once day, at the same time, on the same scale, in the same spot in the bathroom, wearing the same outfit. This one thing has kept me under 200 pounds for the past couple of years. Regardless if I am on or not on any diet plan. I am planning on stepping it up with a new visualization system to see if it moves me forward with my weight loss.

I am going to put my goal weigh of 100 pounds over the real weight digital window, but still weight myself, the same way. Then, once a week, I am going to remove the 100 pound cover, and see what I really weigh in at.

If this works, then it proves mind over matter, and that what we believe we can achieve. If i convince myself now, at 198 pounds, that I weigh 100 pounds (my goal weight) six out of seven days a week. And actually see the scale go down to my goal weight-- emoticon

Yikes. I might as well get started

Depend on how good i am eating. If i know i was naughty i ypcally don't weigh the next day. But f i am doing everthig i should be, I weigh daily. It works for me!

YAY......somebody is asking a question I will be proud to answer today! As of 12 days ago I only weighed 2 days which were my weigh in days. You see....I set a personal goal to NOT WI daily, multiple times daily in fact! It feels really good not feeling chained to my scale! Let's hope over time it rewards my mind and my body too!!!

I intended to weigh myself weekly, but have gotten away from that because I found it was a really good way to destroy any feeling of progress I might have had. There are so many non-scale measures (little victories!) that are way better markers of the progress I've made and will continue to make. So, I think maybe a bi-weekly or monthly weigh-in will work for me, accompanied by taking measurements of my arms, legs, waist, and hips.
