You will likely find it a lot easier, physically and emotionally, if you only change one or two things and allow your mind/body to get used to the changes, before adding something else to the mix. It kind-of tricks them (mind/body) into thinking that 'this is what it has always been like.' It sounds like you are trying to change loads of things at once, and this WILL cause anxiety, frustration and self-recriminations when you don't achieve those goals.
Be kind to yourself and give yourself time to adjust. You never know - you might just stay on course this time :-)
