Exercise is great medication for both HBP and depression, so apply it liberally. Become habituated to good practices instead of bad and motivation won't even be needed. It will just be what you do every day and how you live life. We have this sign on the fridge (stolen from a fellow Sparker). "No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, show up, and never give up!"

I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see. - John Burroughs
Your story is poignant and moving and I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your mother at such a very young age.
You've got a lot going on, and yes - you can do this! But please do start with being very gentle with yourself. Finding ways to encourage yourself and finding positives about you right where you are is sometimes helpful (at least for me when I get a lot of anxiety).
I hope you keep showing up and reaching out! Have you found any teams you like yet?
We're rooting for you and we believe in you!
