Welcome to Sparkpeople so glad you have joined us

How about putting a little about yourself and your journey on your sparkpage so that when we come to say hi we can read how you are doing

Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the teams you have joined as that is where you will find encouragement and motivation

Sounds like you already know the answer and it's just a matter of finding a way that works for you. Maybe try logging in advance and then when mealtime rolls around stick strictly to the foods you have already entered or if you have wiggle room you can go back and make adjustments later? The most important thing as always... never, ever quit. Best of luck with the new goals and Welcome back to SparkPeople!

I'm a stay at home Mom that struggles with weight loss. Last year I was able to lose a lot of weight, but I just can't seem to get back in the zone to lose weight. I gave up sugar and artificial sweeteners and started exercising and the weight came off. Now I need to do more to just not to gain. I know if I logged more of my calories it would help, but I find it so hard to do. I can frequently log morning and afternoon meals but nights are chaos for me. I'm also hungrier in the evening too.
