I got stuck at about the same place and got tired of it which led to a shakeup. I upped the activity and lowered the intake and it got me moving again. You'll find it too... so go for it! Welcome aboard and good luck with the goals.

Welcome to Sparkpeople so glad you have joined us

Here are a few suggestions

1) go to your sparkpage and put a little about you and your journey on it - so that when members come to say hi they can read how you are doing

2) remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will find lots of encouragement and motivation

3) make use of all that is available here at Sparks - especially the food and exercise tracker - keeping a food tracker for a couple of weeks and then looking back at what you ate and what has happened re the scale - you will be able to see where you need to make changes.

Most of all reach out for help - there are a lot of members that can help you along the way

Hi all ~ I managed to lose 70lbs last year, then stalled and have been gaining and losing the same 10-15 pounds most of this year. Recently realized we're quickly approaching the END OF DECADE and I'm not going out like that! It's not nearly enough time to reach my goal weight of 178lbs (total 100lb loss) w/out surgery, but its certainly time enough to reach onederland. All I need is a swift kick in the azz and a roadmap, lol.
