Welcome @LMCMAHON1221 ! There is definitely a lot here, on this site that can help. As someone has already mentioned, do take a few minutes to find a team that fits your needs and will support you. When you look at teams, I recommend looking at the dates on the posts to see how active the team is before joining.

Hello! I am new to this group and excited to start this journey. I am a lifetime WW member but find it nearly impossible to attend meetings, so I thought I would try this. As someone who has lost and gained and lost and gained over and over again, I know the value of tracking and am hoping to use this feature to lose the 10 or so pounds I have gained over the past year. Also looking to connect with others on this journey (although I am admittedly bad at checking emails/message boards regularly!)
