Welcome @LMCMAHON1221 ! There is definitely a lot here, on this site that can help. As someone has already mentioned, do take a few minutes to find a team that fits your needs and will support you. When you look at teams, I recommend looking at the dates on the posts to see how active the team is before joining.
Welcome to SparkPeople, I have been on the site for over 12 years and I am still always learning. Do look at Spark Teams, I believe there are teams that use Weight Watchers too!

Trust yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement. -Foster C. Mcclellan
Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together.
Making a special effort to touch base with SparkPeople daily would be a good initial goal for you as it will help you with awareness and accountability. Stick with it and really does work. Welcome to SparkPeople!

Hello! I am new to this group and excited to start this journey. I am a lifetime WW member but find it nearly impossible to attend meetings, so I thought I would try this. As someone who has lost and gained and lost and gained over and over again, I know the value of tracking and am hoping to use this feature to lose the 10 or so pounds I have gained over the past year. Also looking to connect with others on this journey (although I am admittedly bad at checking emails/message boards regularly!)
