Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

Suggestion

1) Make up a sparkpage putting on it a little about you and your journey so that when we come to say hi we can read how you are doing

2) Participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated

I was a member awhile back and loved it, moved where there was no net and now I'm back with the goals to get fit and keep fit!
