Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

Weight has crept on due to some bad habits.....I’m a comfort eater and a foodie.
I was always so fit and healthy until the last 10 years when I’ve wanted to enjoy life more and struggle with Will power.
I saw myself side on in the mirror at Christmas and shocked myself. There was no getting away from it-my tiny frame was overloaded with weight. My clothes done fit and I refuse to spend the money buying new clothes or go up another size.
I have a special event in 6 weeks where I’ll be photographed and really need to drop some serious weight. I started at the beginning of Jan and have lost 2kgs already. A juice cleanse really helped reset my sugar and snacking cravings and have been much better since then....eating unprocessed food mostly with low Gi carbs and doing lots of walking and gentle yoga.
Feel I’m slipping back the last few days....craving snacks and feeling like Im always thinking of the next meal.....so will do another juice/soup cleanse this weekend.
