Hi. I'm Mish & I've decided I don't want to be fat,frumpy & 50 anymore. I can't do anything about the 50 bit, but I CAN and WILL change the fat & frumpy - I KNOW that there is a kick ass Goddess hidden in here & It's time she's unleashed. I'm currently 103 kg and want to get down to 75 kg. I have depression & turned to food as a coping tool - NOT a good thing to do. I've learnt to own each & every extra kg I weigh - no one held me down & force fed me - I did this all to myself. My plan is to make achievable mini goals & when I reach them, celebrate with a NON food related reward. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and one that I WILL WIN!!!!
