Was slim til 40, then........ Now BMI is down to overweight category (27), but composition is super bad! Hopefully, with the right exercises and 19 more lbs down I'll at least be in the average category of body fat.

Hey... Good morning ladies ! Nice to see you on here !

Luann: Thanks for the support

Dwiser: Glad to see you "down here". I have a support picture I used to use as to how I wanted to look when I gained weight... I skipped right past that to using it as to how I want to look when I lose weight. Camila Cabell Young is exactly the look I'm going for.

TruePeace: So I will offer to be your training support and let you give me a message for your workout. emoticon Truly though, I agree... work counts.

Off to the dentist, swimming, yoga and planning food for the day. I would love to hear what you guys eat/do for exercise.

Ridge Runner, I’ll join.
I’m within 10 lbs of “normal” BMI, but looking at composition, think it’s more like 15.

I’m a massage therapist and I count my work as my workout, and it’s by the hour or 90 min unit. Easy to calculate!

After that, I’m focused on posture.

Good morning, (afternoon to some).

I have been off and on a number of boards for years. I used to be underweight until I quit smoking and have been battling the increased weight from that and age for almost 20 years.

I'm looking for "friends" to support and motivate each other.

I'm currently doing yoga (yoga with Adriane on the internet), swimming at the gym and trying to watch my diet and eat healthier. I have 10 lbs to lose before I am in the "healthy" BMI range.

Anyone want to join me?
