I am. I just started. Will start the take down challenge tomorrow. I sent my weigh in today. I started the Code Red Lifestyle on Wednesday. With my weigh in today I am down 8 lbs. So actual weight is 219.6

Never heard of it-doing low carb with calorie counting. Everything helps at this age!

My friend, retired nurse, mentioned it & it helps arthritis. When I googled it you have to buy a $35.98 book. Has anyone else tried it? It's supposedly like keto diet.
