I certainly do. Ideally, I'd have someone walking around my house with me ready to smack the snacks out of my hand but we all know that won't happen. ha ha. My physical activity is pretty on track other than needing to add strength training. I work from home and I get pulled to the kitchen multiple times a day even when I'm yelling at myself out loud not to do it! That's pretty bad huh! My husband, bless him, is not very supportive. He has very dry humor and just doesn't get it. I think I stress eat when no one is around.

Keep movin' and put that junk down!

Welcome! Just take one day at a time and celebrate that. I am circling everyday on the calendar that I make healthy food choices and get exercise.

Hi! I am new to this 50 thing, I have only been for a few months now. I have noticed though that in the past couple of years, weight loss has gotten tougher. My knees hurt and my feet swell in the heat. I have had success but keep losing ground.

Is anyone out there looking for a person to touch base with a couple of times per week to check in with, encourage each other, and make sure we are on the right track?
