I am starting again and trying to be positive that this is the last time I "start" and that I learn to eat good foods, in normal portions, and keep it up. I've done this for so many years but always slide and first thing I know I'm not even paying attention to what I am eating. My mind is in a good place so I'm off to a good day. I have already planned breakfast, dinner, and a snack. Just have to be careful at unknown lunch at Quilt Club. I can do this!!
