Another day with a bit of sun and rain; like my outlook from my life right now. Breathe and be grateful for the AFGOs and the blessings.

I am opening up to the possibilities of each day. I see that spark within others.

Hugs. You will succeed!
I have been here continuously, but have gone through quite a number of health issues, yet I have never given up.....
Maybe some of my old blogs can help you. Feel free to snoop around. I went from being a marathon runner, who had gained this "hitting 40" weight and being frustrated with 86kg to now being over 90kg for the 3rd time. But I haven't given up and am getting close to get below 90kg again.

Good morning. Your "Here..again" headline grabbed my attention as it's exactly what I said to myself last night I've done this many times and going to try and make this time the one that sticks. I am from NY..not the city the state. In a perfect world i'd like to lose 100, I'll start with 20! I am retired, but can't believe how busy I am. Of course some of the busy is with hobbies like x stitch, making cards, reading and sewing. Not exactly sure how these message boards work, but hopefully will get the hang of it soon. Hope you have a great day.

Hi all~~ I am Faith from PA.working on *myself* again....I have been on and off for many years, I call it the lose weight-find it again cycle 🙁I have several reasons to be focusing again but priority is knee/ back pain. So, I know that continuing with the support here will help me lose the weight will help me maintain that success. Look forward to getting to know everyone—offering support as well as receiving it.

If I change nothing.....nothing changes!!!!

I only fail if I give up trying!
