Good to hear from you. Drinking water, coffee, tea helps me keep full in the morning. This is only my second day so I have a lot to learn.

I follow the 16/8 plan. Depending on my last meal which is generally around 6 PM, I go 16 hours and break my fast around 10 am. If I push my first meal of the day until around noon and eat again between 5 and 6 pm, I find I am wanting something to eat around 9 PM, not sure why that is, so generally, I try to eat only two meals a day and stay the course with an 8 hour eating window. I also eat a healthy keto diet. The healthy fats I eat keep me from getting hungry. I'm after the growth hormone we can rev up in our bodies with fasting. Let's do it.

Wherever I go, that's where I will be.

I eat breakfast at 8am and dinner at 6pm, so I don't need to try that.

So, basically, you are planning to not eat an evening snack?
