That's a good goal.
I try to do at least 20 minutes a day, multiple times a day if time permits.

emoticon I lost 5 lbs!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon to myself ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพand dancing!!!
I am not just using Noom only. Iโ€™m getting back to using SparkPeople and just all the tools โš’๏ธ I know from the past that helped me release over 40 lbs (Thin Within) and most importantly GOD for strength, constant encouragement and faith!!!
My exercise goal is to work out daily for15 minutes emoticon

I starting my Premium Coach on SparkPeople that I donโ€™t remember if I ever completed. I think using Spark again will help me be consistent.
Today I also went to the gym (Planet Fitness) to lifts weight and was on the row machine. It felt good.
On my Noom course, I the point that stuck with me was about habit bundling. I found a habit I do during the weekday (driving to work) that I bundle with my scripture affirmations. It really help me get in a positive mindset when I get to work and deal with the craziness emoticon What about you?!

My husband and the seniors noticed I lost weight in my face. My husband says thatโ€™s the first place and it is usually because it is the last place I start gaining. The first place is my legs ๐Ÿฆต๐ŸพIโ€™ve always had shapely big legs. Then I star gaining in my upper body then my face so know when I lose this weight it would come off in reverse face, upper body then legs. ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸพReady to get back healthy including my mind, spirit and body. ๐ŸงŽ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thatโ€™s great! I love โค๏ธ SparkPeople so will definitely stay here for life even when I reach my goal weight. Iโ€™m still using Noom but missed some more days but glad I was able to rewind. Iโ€™m at week 9 but learning some new things. Some stuff is just things I learned on SP but it is good that it is in a simple course app and itโ€™s a reminder about how SP was the best Free health app out there. So much information and I agree the best community. emoticon

Sorry to hear about your grandmother.

I have been using NOOM faithfully now for 5 weeks. I can't believe it. I never could stick to any eating plan! For 50 years I could not do it. I was never feeling full or satisfied. I don't think it is NOOM, my appetite decreased before trying it. But since I am successful feeling satisfied about food, it is working for me. I like the daily interaction with real people. That is why I love SP--for 11 years. But even with the great support here, I could not stick to any food plan.

The group interaction is not as satisfying as an SP. I surely will continue using my beloved SP.I meet such great people! One just visited me yesterday. It is great when you actually meet someone you chatted with online.

Yes I am. I havenโ€™t been in the app lately because my grandma died so I missed over a month of using it. But I talked to my Goal Specialist and he is able to rewind my program so I can continue where I left off.
