Ok I am working on getting water in. I set my goal at 64oz a day for the month of December. My plan is to up it by 16oz in January then another 16oz in February. I want to get to 96oz to aid in my weight loss. I know it is Just One Little Thing but I will get there! I believe by just making one small change at time helps as opposed to trying to do it all at once. emoticon JOLT emoticon

Sticking to JOLT theme I am trying to come with One Little thing to start my Jolt to a new and healthier me. I know they say it takes 21 days to make a habit last but I know myself and for me it will take longer. My hope is if I start small like super small that forming new habits will become easier for me. I am not sure where to begin, I have like at least 10 things I want to accomplish and I know if I take them all on I will fail. Trust me I have proven this to myself more than once. If anyone reads this here is mt top few things I want to start becoming more regular in my life I welcome your input on which you feel would be easiest to accomplish.

1) Drink 8 cups or 64 oz of water daily

2) Log my food daily

3) get 30+ mins of exercise daily

4) get 6-8 hours of sleep daily

5) pack a lunch for work daily

6) stop drinking soda and energy drinks (might be pretty simple since I already do not drink much of either about 1 can a day)

7) get a vegetable in at each meal.

8) watch less tv

9) no fast food

Those to me seem to be the easiest ones on my list. Not sure which one to start with but I will be starting with one on December 1. Thanks for listening and have a blessed day.

I stole this from someone cuz I live it and believe in it. Just One Little Thing or JOLT has changed the way I change things in my life. I just do one change at a time. Just One Little Thing can change so much and if you keep JOLT-ing yourself forward eventually you will acquire the change you have trying to accomplish!
