Ok I am working on getting water in. I set my goal at 64oz a day for the month of December. My plan is to up it by 16oz in January then another 16oz in February. I want to get to 96oz to aid in my weight loss. I know it is Just One Little Thing but I will get there! I believe by just making one small change at time helps as opposed to trying to do it all at once.
