I used to have squat for rep contests with my gym buds.
I did 21 reps with 315 lbs "ass to the grass" reps was my lifetime best.
Just wore a belt, gym shorts, t-shirt, running shoes and tube socksĀ 

Oh, I enjoy tough leg work.

I am just following what I have been thought by my mentor, that it is very appropriate to exercise for only 7 minutes a day, 3 times a week and it is something that I have tried and have seen that it really works better. I recommend we all follow that and I believe it will yield a better result for us.
