Usually I workout 5 days a week at home after my daughter goes to bed (around 8pm). As much as I say I will get up early to workout it usually doesn't happen so this is what I have found I can be consistent with. I gave up a gym membership when I had her because it was just too hard to find someone to watch her while I ran to the gym.
Lately I have also been trying to get a 15 minute tabata workout or walk during my lunch break at work. I sit all day and have found I am a lot less sleepy in the afternoon if I move around during my lunch.
