I know this original post is old but I am using DDP yoga. Is it gimmicky? Yes. But a lot of yoga and exercise programs are as well (hot yoga, goat yoga, etc..).
I like it because it is a good mix of yoga and physical therapy moves along with isometric exercises without any watered down buddhism or other "spiritual" BS tacked on. I find it more accessible and customizable with the bed and chair options if you have mobility issues.
I am wondering if you tried it and if so how you liked it.
Not DDP (gimmicky IMHO), but the traditional practices are fantastic!
