I find for weight loss I need to pay attention to what and how much I am eating. Exercise is an added bonus.

I love Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home video. It's a five mile walk, but you can choose to only do as many miles as you want.

Love me some Leslie Sansone. 1 mile 15 minutes I have been able to fit this into my crazy busy work schedule. I have blocked 2 1/2 hours times on my calendar. So far I have only been able to get in 1 15 minute session. With my diet changes the pounds are coming off.

II think I have some tapes by Leslie Smith, but I will check out her youtube video.

If you like Leslie Sansone, I also recommend Jessica Smith. Both are good but I think Jessica's workouts take walking workouts to the next level with more variety. I also find her strength training better. She has a YouTube channel if you want to check her out.

I love these DVDs. I like the fact that I can do it and watch TV. I also buy them digitally on Amazon so I have them available wherever. I'm a teacher and sometimes I do them at work when the students leave.

I use some of her DVDs and yes, they can be a part of a fitness routine.

However, did you know that weight loss and healthy living commences in the kitchen and not the gym? In other words, you can't outrun a bad diet.

Have you started tracking your nutrition? If not, I encourage you to do so. If you have been tracking, what are you seeing? Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating enough halthy fats, lean protein, and fruits and vegetables?

Hi!
For those of you who have done Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds workouts regularly, what results have you achieved from it? I need to lose about 80 pounds and am thinking about giving it a shot. Thanks!
