I went to the gym tonight, the first day back after 2months and 2 days. The first session is always the hardest. You have to book online for your sessions and of course wipe everything down after use. My gym you don't have to wear those stupid face masks, there's actually no science behind those anyway. Did rack pulls below the knee, barrows, incline dual DB rows, seated cable rows and wide pulldowns. Feels good to be back in the gym.
