I usually walk about an hour a day. Because every morning I have to go to this place that is 30 minutes from my home. However, today I desire to do some Zumba so I think that I will walk half way an then go to Zumba in the morning or early afternoon.

My plan/hope is just to do SOMETHING. Whatever it is. As a starting point. It may be 10 minutes or so on the elliptical after I get home, or after baby goes to sleep.

Did 40 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of walking/running on treadmill at the gym. Amost took a nap instead, but I'm glad I didn't!

Did a 10 minute ab workout this morning (from sparkpeople.com) and then did 45 minutes on the elliptical at lunch. I might try to get a good walk in this evening if time permits.
