I usually walk about an hour a day. Because every morning I have to go to this place that is 30 minutes from my home. However, today I desire to do some Zumba so I think that I will walk half way an then go to Zumba in the morning or early afternoon.

Happy Valentines Day everyone! My exercise for today is the 28 day boot camp. It has been a bit challenging. Very uncoordinated, but as with anything the more I do it the better I get at it. Just do something today!
