Walking, plus massaging my feet and left knee.

I recently had foot surgery, so both my right (surgical) foot and my left (taking the weight) knee are screaming.

Did a 45 min boot camp style circuit that about killed me. :-)

45 additional minutes of leg day stuff (presses, calves, quads, hams, lunges, abductors/adductors)
