My little one is about 10 months and I have not lost the weight. I was feeling ready to start incorporating some gym time a few months ago, and then... covid.

Tracking nutrition should definitely help- I just started doing that again and I need to incorporate much more protein! I have seen friends post videos squatting while using their babies as weights. For me even just putting baby in the carrier and walking around or up and down stairs is a great way to get my heart rate up (big baby!). I am a fan of resistance bands at home for strength training as well. And yoga to help me clear my mind a bit and de-stress.

You know your body best, I didn't really feel up to doing much of anything for several months, but whatever you choose to do, I would recommend starting slowly!

Mostly, it's in what you eat. I would work out though with some light weights and things to keep muscles toned.

I'm a first time Mom as well! My daughter is 4 months and I just started getting back into working out as well. I know they say that it took 9 months to make a baby so give yourself at least 9 months to lose the baby weight....but goodness gracious if this isn't frustrating as hell haha.

I've been doing the BeachBody Workouts (21 Day Fix Real Time). All the workouts are 30 minutes long and are easy to knock out for the most part. Unfortunately sometimes the baby decides she wants to lose her mind during the work outs, so I end up using her as a weight.....she thinks its hilarious and I'm still getting a workout in.

The best tips I got: Don't worry about losing weight fast. Keep moving when you have time. Stay positive and motivated but realize you have the best job in the world, so cherish every moment as mom!
The "little baby" phases go fast.

I'm a first time mom to my now two month old, and I am wondering if you all could give me some of your best tips to losing weight with a baby! I started working out again this week in the gym at my work, but what are some things I can do at home other than taking him for walks in the stroller?
