with any mayo-based recipe, try swapping out half the mayo (or more) for plain nonfat greek yogurt or smashed avocado.it's a very easy way to lighten things up!

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

I just learned of a coleslaw from El Salvador. Pretty darn delicious. You can google Pupusas and the Curtido (slaw) usually is right next to it.

I use white balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, chili flake, salt/pepper, and a tiny bit of sweetener like agave. I've also used a bit of mustard too, whisk it all up and add it to shredded cabbage and carrots.

Looking for good holiday recipes. Low fat Coleslaw, Potato Salad etc
