fresh rolls are the best summer handheld food imo! load them up with whatever fruit/veg/protein combo you like and enjoy! you can either lightly dress the filling (make sure you use a barrier like a leaf of lettuce to prevent the rice paper from getting soggy) or you can add a dip on the side. so good :)
