I weigh myself often ish... like every other day but I only track my weight on sunday mornings.
i'm sure that after a few more weeks/noticeable weight loss i'll be able to see it/feel it in clothing. but as of now during quarantine i'm only pretty much wearing sweat pants/leggings etc so that's not really a good way to measure right now haha.

I measure my progress in 2 ways, first is by how I feel physically, when sticking to my plan I feel less sluggish and that tells me what I am doing is working. The second is by how my clothes fit, as progress is made the clothes get looser. :) For me those two things are a better gauge than the number on the scale. I do like seeing that number go down though.
Right now I'm trying not to focus on the scale. I'm loving how I am feeling. My new found energy and this morning I noticed my work pants fit loser and they're actually comfortable today. That tells me I'm making progress.
I agree! The choices I make ~but I ALSO have to say~ HOW my clothes FIT,my shrinkage I can SEE in my body, the scale numbers,my face becoming more angular~all these REFLECT my healthier choices ! And the fact that I have LOST for NINE STRAIGHT WEEKS with just Tracking FItness and Food, Exercising daily ~11 lbs. GONE ! Check my shared trackers....
