My new favorite-kale and eggs. I saute a couple leaves of fresh kale from the garden in a teeny bit of olive oil, then add an egg. When done put it in a flax/blue corn tortilla.

i go to work at 10 in the morning and get of at around 5ish without any breaks. i get so tired and hungry i used to overeat. now i eat a muffin every morning.... 1/2 cup of steel cut oats, 1 banana, and an egg. i mix this togehter with cinnamon and either microwave if im running late or bake it. super easy and the banana makes it the perfect amount of sweet. keeps me satisfied for 6 hours for sure.

got this recipie from a well known pilates instructor

I usually have a bowl of dry cereal, some fruit (banana, strawberries, blueberries, etc) and a glass of either orange or apricot juice...with a full double glass of water about an hour before. My toughest is 8 glasses of water a day.

I did eat breakfast today. I ate half of a serving of corn flakes with a whole banana cut up and 4 strawberries in 1.5 cups of 1% milk. It was only 349 calories but still had a good amount of protein and carbs. I usually eat about 200 calories more than that for breakfast but I wanted to free up some calories for lunch.

A big green smoothie - 2 cups of raw swiss chard, 1 medium banana, and 1 medium apple + 10 ounces of water and few ice cubes = 1 quart...So delicious and super healthy! All I taste is banana :) Plus I sip on it for an hour so it kills off mid-morning hunger until lunch. A win-win for me.

i wasn't too hungry this morning. plus i'd been up real early. i bought a starbuck's double shot vanilla energy drink b4 i went for my (supposed to be) daily walk. i needed the extra jolt to keep me going. plus, when i got home, my kids would be up (my mom was there while i ws gone), and then i'd REALLY need the strength! LOL.
