Today was a PB&J on Oroweat Sandwich Thin bread and a light yogurt. I also like cottage cheese, fruit and nuts, and another fav in scrambled egg whites with 2 Tbls of salsa verde and 2 Tbls of light cream cheese mix in and then wrap that up in a whole wheat tortilla.

This morning I tried Kashi's Heart-to-Heart Golden Maple Instant Oatmeal for the first time. It tasted great, and was a wonderful, soothing smell for the morning (smelled like fresh caramel and rich butter!). But it didn't leave me very satisfied, I was already thinking of lunch before 11 a.m. In the future, I'll probably have two packets and skip the milk until I finish out this box, and will probably return to my Quaker High Fiber for my instant oatmeal. I've found it to be very filling.
