a mix of heritage whole grain high-fiber cereal & kashi go-lean, a small banana, 20gms of whey protein powder & 3/4 c silksoy unsweetened. That's a BIG breakfast for me, but it was that kind of day.

.5 c 2% milk
.5 c sliced strawberries
1 c 1/2 caf coffee with 1 packet splenda and a t of fat free, non dairy creamer :)

I had two delicious hard boiled eggs with a minimal amount of salt and pepper with an assortment of fruits - strawberries, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, and pineapple =) FUEL FOR MY MACHINE!

I had succotash (lima beans and corn simmered in half and half) with shredded cheese. It is pretty low calorie, has high fiber/protein, and low sodium.

Lately I've been prepping fruit salads for myself every three days. I bring in a 2 cup container with me to work (I work really early in the morning, 7-5 monday to thursday) And it's not high in calories at all and I get some fruit servings in and it ties me over till lunch!
