I tried the new Progresso High Fiber Tomato and Basil soup (yummy!) and a simple salad.

A cheeseburger with the top bun thrown off, about 3 curly fries, a bowl of tomatoes/bell peppers with a splash of italian dressing, a 1 inch square of pepperoni pizza, and most of a chicken...thigh? with the skin off. Half a small pudding cup, a dark chocolate chip cookie.

Friday sample everything eat not much of any one dish at the school cafeteria for a commuter, oh yes.

Yesterday, I had a chicken ranch fresco soft taco and nachos from Taco Bell. It was around 450 calories I think. I'll try to do better today.

I plan to eat a Lean Cuisine microwave dinner (330 calories) and a 60 calorie pudding.
