"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

Due to a persistent sore in my mouth where I bit myself last week, and which I keep biting, I am on a liquid diet - no chewing. Baby food, a mashed banana and a smoothie! The baby food, a cereal, wasn't half bad!

I had about 1 cup of beef chilli w beans 16 oz brewed Tea 4 p.m snack of green grapes Since June 11th 2013 no bread and no sugar and that's all I know. tomorrow I will weigh in hopefully under 200 last Friday I weighed in at 202
Subway 12" roast chicken on whole-grain bread: tomatoes, green peppers, lettuce, black olives, red onion, provolone cheese, and honey mustard. Total calories was over 800, so that was my big meal of the day.
I had a lovely salad (I call it my Everything but the kitchen sink salad) and tossed in a few goodies, like grapes, swiss cheese, and some cooked chicken breast. A little low calorie dressing, and it was great!!

A ham & cheddar sandwich on whole wheat bread and some gluten-free oatmeal cookies. Not the healthiest lunch, I know... but I didn't feel like eating the grape tomatoes I'd packed with the rest of the lunch.
