For almost 15 years, I was a practicing attorney. As an attorney, with children and home life, I didn't move around much at work and didn't have time to exercise. Oh, I walked here and there with my camera, but mostly, sitting. I dropped law at the beginning of April, and now am training to be a barista. Consequently, I am on my feet 8+ hours a day. I am suddenly weary and tired and exhausted, and feel like I need a stretch I cannot achieve. So, I figure it's time to change things up a bit outside of work as well.
