heather i had to smle when i read your post cause it so sounds like me ,,i am a mom of 3 kids they are 18 and twins that are 11,,i want to lose about 50 pounds and i try hard to lose it ,,but being a wife and mom some days can be really hard on us when we are trying to diet,,we are the ones that need to grocery shop and in my case buy those special snacks for the kids lunches-lil debbie snack cakes for example ,,and when we pack that lunch for the kids its hard cause the snacks look smell so good ,one lil bite wont hurt? the one bite ends up being more than one bite same with making dinner i may be dieting but my kids arent neither is my husband so when they are eating the cheeseburgers or pizza and i have that boxed diet meal or a big salad its again ok one lil bite wont hurt then hmm that was good one more bite only? and yep soon we are saying ok ill start that diet over again,,tomorrow,,, but the good thing is spark is beyond awesome and if there is motivation to get anywhere this is the place you will find it that and awesome friends that will keep u moving good luck,

My name is Heather and i am overweight i want to lose 70 pounds and feel good about my self and stop hurting all the time. 14 years ago i lost alot of weight and 4 years ago i had another baby ang gained every pound back i lost and then some i weigh more now then ever and i am unhappy but i can not stop eating and i have know energy to exersise.My knees hurt all the time and everyday i tell my self today you will start and then i go to work in the the school cafe and i start eating then i think why bother i will start tomorrow.I have a hard time foolowing a plan because i hate to deprieve my family of snacks but then i end up eating most of them i am hoping i will find the motivation from some others who are in the same shape i am and will help me want to lose and motvate me to get healthy for my family and for my self..
