Morning
yo yo-ing is my specialty........
I remember the 30 something club too but fabulous 40s is better.
You got this!! Keep pushing and tell yourself you are worth it!
I found the workouts on here yesterday, never tried them before on my other trips here but they seem to provide a little extra help and you can try something new to break up a routine.

Hi and welcome to 40 somethings. I can relate to the bleh feeling. I say I turned 40 and fell apart. Its great your husband is here with you. Mine is getting his feet wet a bit. I'm trying not to look directly at him so he doesn't get scared away. ;)

I am determined to stick it out and hit the gym 6 days a week for my Body for Life challenge. So here is to encouragement. I wish you the best on meeting and surpassing your fitness goals.

So the last time I logged into SparkPeople, I was in the 30-somethings page. Apparently I've now been accelerated to the more appropriate 40-somethings page! I've yo-yo'd back & forth, but it seems that in my 40s, I have a bit more of a sense of urgency (and I just feel bleah!), so I'm recommitting to eating healthy and working out regularly. My husband is on board, so this will be a lifestyle change for both of us! I love zumba and riding my bike, but my real challenge is food - I love to eat! I work full time and have a crazy busy job, so finding time for meal prep and workouts is going to be a priority. Thanks in advance for the encouragement - am happy to be back! Now off to find recipes...

Never confuse having a career with having a life!
