I have a lot of weight to lose also. This morning I made a goals chart and broke my weight loss up into small achievable milestones. Maybe something like that will help you to keep from being overwhelmed. 20 pounds is an amazing achievement. Keep it up!

I joined spark people because I needed that extra push, that motivation that i am not getting from weight watchers. I joined weight watchers June 7 of this year (2016) and I have lost almost 20 pounds through that program but I have sooo much weight to lose, I needed that extra something, and I believe spark people can do this for me. I read up on spark people and the reviews were very helpful on my decision to join. So I joined this evening and I am very happy I did. I am pre diabetic so I checked that off during my initial setup and they put me in a diabetes challenge and of course a new members challenge which I am glad. I have already tracked everything I ate for the day.
